Our Client Engagement Policy

Making it clear from the start

We’re upfront about how we work, because mutual fit matters. This policy sets out what you can expect from us, and what we expect in return. It’s here to help you decide if we’re the right partner for your business.

Fee For Service.

We charge for our expertise. If you want the experience of our senior team – strategists, creatives, and digital thinkers – you pay for it. We don’t give away thinking for free.

No Free Pitching.

We don’t do speculative work. Free pitching devalues what we do and drains time from paying clients. If you’re after a few free ideas to test the waters, we’re not the agency for you.

Minimum Engagement.

We work with businesses ready to invest at least £30K in an initial project. That’s the level needed to get real strategic and creative traction. If your budget’s below that, we’re unlikely to be the right fit.

Long-Term Partnership.

We’re not chasing one-and-done projects. We build lasting relationships where we can make a real difference over time. If you’re after a quick fix or a tactical campaign, we’re probably not your people.

Core Skillset.

We’re brand experts for complex, often global B2B tech businesses. If you’re dealing with a growth-blocking brand problem and need serious strategic support, we can help. If you need a new logo next week, you’re in the wrong place.

Rate Card Reductions.

Our rates reflect the value we deliver. We don’t discount for the sake of it. The only exception is if you're committing to £500K+ of work in a year. Then we’re open to a conversation.
