6. The Ask Good assistant

Our website includes an AI assistant ("Ask Good") that answers questions about brand using Good's own published content. When you use it, we process the questions and messages you type and the conversation that follows; we keep a record of conversations to understand what people want to know and improve our content. If you ask us to follow up, we also process your name, email, a note on what you're working on, and the related conversation, to respond to your enquiry.

To generate answers, your messages are sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI), who process them on our behalf and, under their terms, do not use them to train their models. Conversations and enquiry details are stored in our database and emailed to our team for follow-ups.
The assistant provides information only and makes no automated decisions with legal or significant effects about you. Please don't enter sensitive personal information; if you'd like us to act on something specific, leave your details and we'll get in touch.
