Leveraging Centrica’s core brand values, we developed a strong communication platform without creating a separate internal brand, avoiding confusion.

We introduced humor and personality into messages, crafting a distinctive tone that conveyed seriousness while enhancing engagement.

4. Brand-Led Creative

Utilizing the existing brand, we designed a clean and distinctive campaign style tailored to connect with Centrica’s diverse workforce.
