Anatomical Concepts UK (ACUK), a B2B tech company specializing in rehabilitation technologies, faced challenges in effectively communicating their commitment to innovation and support for individuals living with disabilities. Like many B2B tech businesses, they struggled to balance necessary technical detail with clear and engaging messaging. Our collaboration focused on three key areas to address these challenges:

1. Without Foundations You’ve Nothing to Build On

We worked with ACUK to define their brand foundations—Vision, Mission, and Values—establishing a clear identity essential for both internal and external audiences.

2. Technical Is Fine. Simple Is Best.

We refined ACUK’s tone of voice to be more consistent and human, making complex technical information accessible and engaging. This involved prioritizing target audiences and enhancing the warmth in their communications.

3. Elevating the Quality of Brand Comms

To position ACUK credibly in the ‘new technology rehab’ space, we developed a suite of master graphic assets that delivered consistency, coherence, and standout appeal across a new website and campaign materials.

The result is a polished and unified brand that effectively communicates ACUK’s dedication to pioneering rehabilitation technologies.
