The challenge

JF AIS had built a powerful platform in R2S, but the story didn’t match the value. The proposition was complex, the messaging was inconsistent and the sales narrative lacked clarity. Hard to explain, harder to sell. 

Reframing the problem

We didn’t start with the product. We started with the problem behind it – energy companies struggle to understand and plan work on complex assets – costing time, money and risk.

This gave JF AIS something they didn’t have: A clear, commercial narrative built around a real-world issue, not a feature set.

Structuring the story

The product wasn’t the issue – how it was being explained was. We rebuilt the proposition into something simple, scalable and repeatable:

  • A clear, ownable way to describe the product value
  • A simple structure the team could use consistently
  • A narrative that works in real sales conversations

From fragmented messaging to a system that holds together – across sales, marketing and product.

Making it usable

Clarity only matters if it’s usable. We translated the strategy into tools the team could actually use – a compelling sales narrative, and a messaging framework to ensure consistency and coherence across all touchpoints – structured to communicate value, not features.

The result? A proposition people can understand quickly, a story the team can tell consistently and a foundation that scales across the business.
