AI Implementation

Making AI sound like your business.

Every marketing team has been told to use AI. Point it at the internet, and it hands back the average, so your marketing reads like everyone else's. We turn your brand into something AI can read and run on, then build the tools that make work from it. The output comes out yours, and gets sharper the longer you use it.

There's a deeper problem underneath. The brand work already exists: the guidelines, the positioning, the tone. But it gets signed off and then sits in a drawer, because the people who need it are busy and reading a PDF mid-task is the first thing to get skipped. AI can read it, apply it, and build from it every time.

The work breaks into five stages:

Stage 01

Audit

We start with your brand substrate. Most brands live in PDFs, portals and decks built for a person to read, and image libraries with nothing labelled on them. AI can't reliably work from that. We assess what you've got, find the gaps, and tell you honestly whether the raw material is strong enough to hand to a machine, and what it'll take to get it there.

Stage 02

The Brand Foundation

We turn your brand into a machine-readable foundation. Colour, type and tone. Your vision, mission and values. How you actually talk, who you sell to, your proof points and your positioning down to the detail. Built from your own sources: your guidelines, your website, a positioning workshop. This is the thing the whole system runs on.

Because it goes that deep, the work lands on strategy as well as on visual guidance around the brand, which is the part that usually slips on the way to execution.

It's built from your material, and it stays yours. Your data isn't fed into a public model, and where your legal team needs it locked down, the whole thing can run as a closed system. It also holds regional and sub-brand variations, so global teams work from one source that still flexes to local rules.

From a signed-off audit, we aim for a working MVP in about 3 weeks, then refine it from real use.

Stage 03

The AI Team

On top of the foundation we build a team of named agents, each with a job, all reading the same source of truth. One could take campaign launch, one social, one sales enablement, one insight. Because they share one brain, they can't contradict each other, and your tone of voice and writing standards sits over all of them so the work reads human.

It works to your instructions and carries the brand across the everyday work. The campaign thinking stays with your people; this frees them from the grind to do it.

The team can sit alongside the tools you already use, like Copilot, rather than replace them. And because it's model-agnostic, we can switch the engine underneath to keep quality up and cost down as the models change.

Stage 04

Prove It Live

We run it live, on your brand, in a working system. You hand over a brief and watch on-brand work come back in minutes. A campaign becomes a set of social posts without losing the thread.

You also see what it costs. We track the price of each piece against what it would cost to make by hand, so you leave with a straight number to take to the board. And it helps you spend well: if a piece isn't worth a photo shoot, the kind of thing you wouldn't mind being copied, let the AI make it and put the saved time into the work that earns the craft.

Stage 05

Maintain & Learn

Your brand keeps moving, so the foundation has to keep up. We maintain it as the brand evolves, and the system learns from the calls you make. It watches how you work, proposes what it's picked up, and you approve what stays.

The AI carries the brand. A person always owns the decision and is responsible for what goes out. It needs less correcting over time and gets more on brand every month, with a human providing judgement and taste.

In Brief

To Summarise

You end up with a brand a AI can use: a foundation that's yours, an AI team that runs on it, and a system that sharpens with use. Your best people are freed from the grind to do the work worth paying them for.

And it puts brand back in front of the board. An AI can't return anything useful if it isn't built on the brand, so the brand becomes the thing the company-wide AI plan depends on, and the people who own it move closer to the centre of the business.

The Nitty Gritty

Operational Details

Deliverable
A machine-readable brand foundation (your brand kit), a working AI agent team running on it, and a live demonstration on your own brand. We then maintain the foundation as your brand evolves.

Participation Requirements
A senior marketing lead (e.g. CMO or brand owner) who can approve the brand foundation, plus access to your existing brand sources: guidelines, positioning, website and content. Input from the wider team who'll use the system helps it land.

Data & Security
Your brand data stays yours and isn't used to train public models. Where required, the system can run in a closed environment, and it works alongside your existing tools rather than replacing them.

Location
Parts can be run remotely, but the audit and the live proof are best done face-to-face.
