Cyberis, an industry-leading security consultancy, is a small, highly specialized team focused on growth. They sought assistance to define, structure, and streamline their brand positioning and messaging. Our collaboration focused on three key areas:

1. Early Conversations Build Strong Foundations

We emphasized the importance of early and broad stakeholder engagement to shape enduring brand foundations. In a competitive market and a challenging talent recruitment landscape, clearly and succinctly communicating what the brand stands for was essential to support Cyberis’s next growth phase.

2. Avoiding the Inside-Out Bias

Recognizing that internal biases can lead to solutions favoring the client over the customer, Cyberis facilitated connections with key customers—not just favorable ones—to uncover real value and identify challenges within their business and service offerings.

3. Talking to a Non-Technical Customer

While adept at communicating with project owners, Cyberis needed to engage the broader C-suite to ascend the value chain and secure larger projects. Since this audience may lack deep technical knowledge, we focused on crafting simple, value-based conversations to effectively engage them.

The result is a clarified brand positioning and messaging strategy that supports Cyberis’s growth objectives and effectively communicates their value to a broader audience.
